Hold a Broker Open House to assure maximum exposure for your property.
Place classified and display ads for your property in local newspapers such as the Miami Herald, Sun Sentinel, Sun Post, Miami Today, Business Monday, The Islander News, Aventura News, Coconut Grover, Coral Gables Gazette, Pinecrest Tribune, New Times, Brickell Times, Weston Community News, Hallandale Digest, Parkland Gazette, Ft. Lauderdale Hi-Riser, South Florida Business Journal, and Daily Business Review.
Advertise your property in national and international newspapers such as the Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Wall Street Journal.
Market your property on the WORLDWIDE WEB through FXRealty.net, Realtor.com.
Assure continuous effort to promote and market your property.
Keep you informed regarding showings, inquiries, advertising and overall activity.
